Heya folks, I have a couple questions I hope someone wouldn't mind answering.

First I have noticed that many friends have their art divided up in customized galleries, but I cannot find the feature or option to do this. Is this open only to those who have upgraded (paid) accounts?

Second, is there a page that lists the allowed HTML and BBCode for comments, journals and so forth, including how to add someone's icon in text?
